Neuschwanstein/Hohenschwangau

A visit to two of Bavarian King Ludwig II’s castles: first to Hohenschwangau, where he spent his youth, and then to Germany’s most famous castle, the unfinished model for Sleeping Beauty’s castle in Disney theme parks and the 1959 film. Based on old German knights’ castles, it features a breathtaking view of the Allgäu region.
