“This summer I traveled to Jerusalem, Israel and Cairo, Egypt through the KIIS program. I studied the history, politics, and religion of these two amazing cities. I visited the Holy Sepulchre Church, the Western Wall, and the Dome of the Rock. I was able to float in the Dead Sea and visit the markets in the old city of Jerusalem. In Cairo, I visited the Pyramids and the Great Sphinx of Giza and the National Museum. My favorite part of my experience was meeting so many great people and being immersed in the unique culture!”
