The most famous destination in Taiwan, Sun Moon Lake is a beautiful alpine lake located in the middle of the island. The water body is separated by the Lalu isle in the middle, with one side of the lake shaped like a crescent moon and the other resembles the sun, hence the name! The lake is surrounded by mountains, with trails through the woods all around. We will take a yacht ride on the lake to take in its beauty!

The area surrounding the lake is home to the Thao tribe, one of Taiwan’s aboriginal tribes, famous for their unique cultural heritage, represented by specialty foods and wines. Locally grown black tea in the lake area adds another delightful experience to visitors.
