In the past, KIIS students have secured study abroad funding in a variety of creative ways:
Sponsorships from local Chambers of Commerce or businesses: students provide reports upon their return to the U.S.
Financial assistance from local churches, synagogues, mosques, temples or community organizations: students provide talks/photo presentations in exchange for some financial assistance.
Smart spending: for a few months, scale back on lattes, phone apps, games, meals, and fiestas...it adds up!
Yard Sale: gather donated items from family and friends and turn them into cash.
Auction: sell items on Ebay and other online methods,
