• A $150 application fee must accompany the application.

• A first payment of $1,000 must be postmarked by March 15, 2004, (or immediately 
  upon acceptance if a late applicant after March 15).

• Final payment must be postmarked by April 15, 2004.  Any applicants who are 
  accepted after April 15, 2004, will be required to pay the full program fee 
  immediately upon receipt of official acceptance.

• Students receiving financial aid may not defer payment of program fees.

• Failure to make the first payment of $1,000 or the final payment by the stated deadlines 
  will result in the student's cancellation from the program.

Cashier's checks, money orders, credit cards, or cash will be accepted as
payment.  NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
